Have you ever been in a relationship with a ADHD adult?
You may have and didn't know it. Most people do not recognize it.
ADHD it has been the number one problem for marriages and relationships.
This disorder could have been simply been overlooked as a child and then when they grow up most have major problems in relationships.
Here are some of the symmptoms:
A. Staying forcused attending to daily task.
B. Bouces from one activity to another, becomes bored quickly.
c. Zoning out, without realizing it. or gets very quite
d. poor listening skills
e.Constantly losing or misplacing things (keys wallet phone documents etc...)
F. tendency to procrastinate.
Here are some emotional difficulties.
A.. sense of underachievement
B. doesn't deal well with frustration.
C.. easily flusters and stressed out.
D.. trouble staying motivated
E.. low self esteem and sense of insecurity.
This person will cause problems and strain on work, love and family relationships.
ADHD adults may be fed up with constant nagging, People close to them will feel hurt and resentful over the perceived irresponsibility or insensitivity of this person.
There is treatment and therapy available to the ADHD adult.
One is cognitive behavioral therapy that helps you identify and change the negative beliefs and behaviors that are causing the problems in your life.
Most people do not realize that they are a victim of this disorder and go untreated. If you have a love one that has some of these symptoms. Encourage them to find out and get the help they need. It will not only make them a better person, but it will help you cope and understand their behavior.

Hey if people that have ADHD smoked cannabis they would be able to control the disorder. Many medical studies have proven that cannabis helps ADHD. Much better than the processed drugs prescribed. Some of these drugs have some serious side effects especially for children.
I will say that many schools are using ADHD as a way to drug up kids that are difficult, so I am not a big fan of ADHD diagnosis.

Interesting information! In stressful situations I have this disorder, for sure. But I do know people who suffer this permanently. Thanks for sharing!
